Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

Returns and refunds are normally accepted on regularly stocked items like plain color knobs, shown shift patterns, etc., re-stocking fees may apply. Special orders and any which have options to choose colors, logos, engraving, built-in adapters, etc. are not accepted for return or cancellation during production. All FlatTop knobs, Brake Knobs and engraved/lettered knobs are made to order and not eligible for return. Accepted returns need a copy of original invoice noted as needed with items original, undamaged items packaged as shipped. Accepted return refunds are less original shipping fees and do not include return prepaid labels.
